LaVision is a new member in the FVV community
The FVV, founded in 1956, presents as a worldwide and unique research network from engine and turbine manufacturers to their innovative suppliers and development service providers. The FVV has become the leading forum for pre-competitive joint research projects, for the exchange between industry and science, and for training junior researchers for this industry. The FVV is an industry platform for joint research projects in Europe focused on the following topics:
  • optimization of combustion engines
  • CO2 emissions, reduction of other emission components
  • optimized and alternative fuels
  • new and alternative drive concepts such as hybrid and electric drive
  • optimized and new materials for combustion engines
Its more than 150 members represent manufacturers of combustion engines, gas and steam turbines as well as axial and radial compressors, suppliers of systems and components for engines, turbines and compressors, R&D service providers for the engine and turbine industry, as well as development service providers and consulting engineers.
LaVision is looking forward to future co-operation in joint research projects.
